BOXERCISE

Look Good, Feel Good

Boxercise is an exercise concept based on the training methods used by boxers.
Sessions typically involve hitting focus pads but no class involves hitting an opponent. It is a fun, challenging and safe workout which is great for stress busting, accessible to all ages and fitness levels.

CLUBBERCISE

Bringing a night out to your workout!

Clubbercise ® classes are taught in a darkened room with disco lights and our trademark LED glow sticks set to a soundtrack of old and new club hits. A fusion of dance, toning and combat moves with high/low impact options for all fitness levels, one class burns around 600 calories

BROADWAY BOOGIE

Broadway Boogie is a high energy dance fitness workout inspired by broadway and musical theatre from stage and screen. You can dance, sing and express yourself while working out to all your favourite musical show tunes. Become a broadway star and take on every leading role as you embrace a different character with every single track and perform at your best

FITNESS PILATES

What is Fitness Pilates?

Fitness Pilates is a group exercise class using the original teachings, principals and exercises of Joseph Pilates delivered in a modern and functional group exercise session.

 

Fitness Pilates addresses basic postural imbalances, improves back and core strength and enhances mobility and flexibility in a non-intimidating, fun and enjoyable class set to music. 

 

It is an all-inclusive programme designed to strengthen weaker areas of the body and is suitable for all levels of fitness and general healthy adult.

 

*Fitness Pilates is not a rehab class and unsuitable for individuals with diagnosed muscular-skeletal issues that require one to one clinical application**

Walkfit is a low impact fitness class with a difference! This class is based around walking and marching, it’s creative and simple! I use fun choreography to different music styles. A great way to fit your steps in!
